We want you to be satisfied with X-Reply Guy Pro. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your one-time Pro purchase.
1. Merchant of record
Payments for X-Reply Guy Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card or bank statement may show a charge from Paddle. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
2. 1-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with X-Reply Guy Pro, you may request a full refund within 1 day of your original purchase date, for any reason.
After 1 day, refunds are generally not available because Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase and activation. We may make exceptions in cases of technical issues we cannot resolve, at our discretion.
3. How to request a refund
Contact us at mozuno+xreplyguy@proton.me with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your Paddle receipt or transaction ID (if available)
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
We will process eligible refunds through Paddle. You may also contact Paddle buyer support using the link in your purchase receipt.
4. Effect of a refund
- Your Pro license will be revoked on all devices linked to the purchase email.
- Your account will revert to the free tier (50 generations per UTC day).
- Locally stored extension data (history, settings, API keys) remains on your device until you remove it.
5. Non-refundable items
- AI API costs paid directly to third-party providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) — we do not control or refund those charges.
- Purchases made more than 1 day ago, except where required by law or granted as an exception.
- License abuse, chargeback fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve issues quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent revocation of your Pro license.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
