Payments for X-Reply Guy Pro are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card or bank statement may show a charge from Paddle. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

2. 1-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with X-Reply Guy Pro, you may request a full refund within 1 day of your original purchase date, for any reason.

After 1 day, refunds are generally not available because Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase and activation. We may make exceptions in cases of technical issues we cannot resolve, at our discretion.
